Hemodialysis Innovation
Quantum Medical North America, Inc. is committed to bringing high-quality hemodiafiltration treatment to underserved communities.
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a progressive condition that affects >10% of the general population worldwide, amounting to >800 million individuals.
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) affects 800 million worldwide, and more than 37 million in the USA. Yet, access to dialysis remains uneven. Furthermore, use of more advanced treatments such as hemodiafiltration remain limited. Thus, innovations in treatment are urgently needed.
Hemodiafiltration is a major advancement in hemodialysis, but financial and technical barriers limit its use. Quantum Medical has developed an adaptation to enable hemodiafiltration by retrofitting standard dialysis machines.

Caring for CKD patients
THE QUANTUM CONVERSION SYSTEM
We retrofit conventional hemodialysis machines to perform hemodiafiltration (HDF). Hemodiafiltration has been shown to offer significant advantages over standard hemodialysis, including multiple clinical benefits and improved overall survival rates for chronic kidney disease patients

.
“The Quantum Conversion System (QCS) enables independent clinics to expand their service offerings and enhance care for CKD patients.”
Market Potential
-There are more than 1 million conventional dialysis machines around the world.
-80% of dialysis worldwide, happen in India and China.
-In the USA, there are about 500 independent clinics, with an average of 10 conventional dialysis machines per clinic.
Priority Markets: LIMCs, China, India and United States
The Quantum Conversion System (QCS) is a competite solution compared to Hemodiafiltration machines
| QCS | Hemodiafiltration Machine |
| It adapts to existing harware | Requieres clinics to change hardware |
| It uses existing supplies | It requieres changes in the supply provision chain |
